Included are: eighteen army lists over six campaign theatres, for the wars of the First and Second Coalitions against France, 1792-1801, the invasion of Egypt from 1798 to 1801, the Vendee and Haitian revolts, and the British East India Company’s war against the Maratha Uprising in India.
• The War of the First Coalition, includes four army lists for the principal combatants: France’s Revolutionary Army against the alliance of Austria, Prussia and the Netherlands, plus the British and Hanoverian Expeditionary Force to the Low Countries.
• The War of the Second Coalition, includes three army lists for the combatants of the campaign: France’s armies against the Austrians and Russians in Italy and Switzerland.
• The Invasion of Egypt, includes four army lists for the combatants of the campaign: Napoleon’s Armee de l’Orient against the Mameluke’s of Egypt, the Ottoman Empire and the allied British Expeditionary Force.
• The Haitian Revolution, includes four army lists for the combatants of the brutal slave uprising, the ex-slave army, the French republicans, the punitive French expeditionary force of 1802 and the two opportunistic British expeditionary forces that attempt to steal the colony from France.
• The Vendee Revolt, includes two army lists for the combatants of the campaign: the new French republic’s hated ‘infernal columns’ and the rebel Grand Catholic and Royal Army of the Vendee.
• The Second Anglo-Maratha War, includes two army lists for the combatants of the campaign: the East India Company’s army and the native forces of the Maratha Confederacy.
